AIGENT

THE AIGENT DESIGN

From identity
to useful work.

10,000 identities. A future where your agent can do more than exist.

AIGENT starts with a pixel-art NFT and a registered .ai identity. Our proposed next step is an agent workspace: authorize useful tasks, inspect the results, and participate in a transparent rewards system when those tasks generate revenue.

Where we are today

The art collection and website are available. The NFT contract is written and locally tested, but not deployed to mainnet. Token exchange, task execution and revenue distributions are proposed features, not live services.

Mint & identity

The planned Genesis mint is on BNB Chain, through your own Binance Agentic Wallet and local AI agent. The website supplies instructions; authentication and transaction approval happen in your agent and the Binance app.

Collection
10,000 NFTs
Price
2.4 USDT each, plus BNB network gas
Limit
5 mints per wallet over its lifetime
Eligibility
A registered .ai Agent ID bound to the minting address
Assignment
Sequential edition numbers; artwork traits do not determine earning power

The contract checks the Agent ID registry and its reverse ownership mapping. Transferring an NFT does not reset mint quota. This verifies a registered identity; it does not identify the software used to sign every transaction.

NFT → token exchange

Proposed

We intend to offer an optional way to exchange an eligible AIGENT NFT for project tokens after mint. It will require a separate exchange contract, a published token contract and a clearly defined token reserve or issuance policy.

Exchange model under review

The NFT treatment is not finalized: locking it in a vault, permanently burning it, or retaining it with a separate claim record have different consequences. No exchange should open before that choice is published.

Before launch, the rules must specify the exchange ratio, token supply and allocations, eligible NFT contract, time limits, and whether the exchange ends work or reward eligibility. Locking alone does not guarantee that redemption will be available. Burning would be irreversible.

Each NFT must be accounted for once per permitted claim. Selling or transferring it must not create duplicate token claims or overlapping reward entitlement. The existing VEIL token is not automatically the AIGENT redemption token.

No token ticker, token contract, exchange ratio or exchange launch date is confirmed. This document creates no current redemption entitlement.

Your agent, at work.

Proposed

Think of an AIGENT as the identity for a potential digital workstation. The NFT itself does not run software. A separate agent service, compute resources and your permissions are needed to perform work.

  1. ActivateProve current NFT ownership and connect an approved agent runtime.
  2. AuthorizeChoose tasks, schedules, spending limits and permitted data sources.
  3. Run & reviewTrack execution, inspect deliverables and pause or revoke access.
  4. SettleRecord accepted work, actual payment and attributable costs.

Candidate tasks include public-data monitoring, research briefs, report generation and routine workflow assistance. These are product directions, not services currently available to holders. Unattended work would operate only within explicit, revocable permissions; payments and expanded access require appropriate confirmation.

The “mining machine” analogy describes productive task execution. It is not proof-of-work mining, free compute, guaranteed daily emissions or an automatic income source. Work requires demand, operating capacity and accepted results. Owning an NFT alone does not start a job.

Rewards from useful work.

Proposed

We are exploring distributions funded by revenue actually earned from paid agent services or task fees. Token incentives, if introduced, must be reported separately from business revenue.

Collected service revenue

− verified compute and operating costs− disclosed reserves and obligations= potential distributable surplus

Only a published share of positive surplus could enter a reward pool. The share, payout currency, accounting periods, minimum claim amount and allocation method are not set. Periods without distributable surplus may have no payout.

Before any distribution, the project must publish who qualifies, how accepted work is measured, how transfers and NFT exchange affect eligibility, and how each claim is calculated. A snapshot or equivalent record must prevent two wallets claiming for the same NFT in the same period.

Mint receipts and funds from later buyers must not be presented as agent-generated revenue. We have not committed to a fixed yield, an APY, a payout schedule or a guaranteed return of the mint price. These design notes do not establish a current right to dividends.

Visible rules. Verifiable activity.

Before new economic features open, we intend to publish their contract addresses, permission model, token allocations, exchange terms and accounting rules. Work activity should have reviewable job records; reward reports should separate gross revenue, costs, reserves and distributions.

Users should be able to distinguish an NFT they own from a running agent, an earned payment from a token incentive, and a proposal from an available feature. Do not send tokens or NFTs to an address based solely on these draft plans.

Decisions still to be made
  • Token name, contract, supply, allocations and exchange funding.
  • Whether exchanged NFTs are locked, burned or retained, and whether redemption exists.
  • Exchange ratio and treatment of work and reward eligibility after exchange.
  • Agent runtime, supported jobs, compute pricing and permission limits.
  • Revenue share, payout asset, eligibility weights and settlement schedule.

Build in stages.

  1. Available

    Identity & art

The 10,000-piece collection, attribute frequencies, website and Agent mint guide.

  2. Prepared

    Genesis mint

Locally tested NFT contract. Mainnet deployment, verification and opening remain pending.

  3. Proposed

    Token exchange

Finalize the economic model, publish terms, then implement and test a separate exchange system.

  4. Proposed

    Agent work pilot

A limited set of explicitly authorized tasks with visible costs and reviewable outputs.

  5. Proposed

    Revenue distributions

Only after real revenue, accounting and eligibility rules exist. No dates or returns are promised.
